Finally.

They learn it today. They use it tomorrow.

One session. Real work. No jargon.

What We Teach

Most employees know something is changing. They just don't know where to start. Our sessions fix that. Through hands-on workshops, your team builds real skills using their actual work tasks. No theory lectures. No buzzwords. People leave each session with tools they'll use the next morning. Start with a single one-hour session or build a multi-day program. Everything is flexible. Deeply practical, human-centered training.

The Sessions

The Big Picture

Duration: 1 hour

Audience: All employees

We answer the real questions your team has, show them what these tools can actually do for their specific jobs, and let them try it hands-on. Everyone walks out ready to use what they learned tomorrow.

The Deep Dive

Duration: 1 to 2 hours

Audience: Teams and departments

Breakout sessions by role. Your admin, operations, sales, HR, and finance teams each work on exercises built for what they actually do. Everyone builds a personal toolkit of reusable shortcuts.

The Game Plan

Duration: 1 hour

Audience: Managers and leadership

For the people making decisions. Draft a use policy, build a measurement framework, and walk out with a 30-day rollout plan you can execute the following Monday.

The Check-In: We follow up at 30 and 60 days to see what's sticking, answer new questions, and help your team keep building momentum.

Discover

Not every team needs training right away. Some need to figure out where to start. Where does artificial intelligence actually fit? What tools make sense? What's worth the investment and what's just noise? We help you answer those questions before you spend a dollar on technology.

AI Readiness Assessment

Understand your potential before you invest.

A structured discovery session to evaluate your processes, identify high-impact opportunities, and create a prioritized roadmap.

Strategy & Roadmapping

Strategic guidance for sustainable adoption.

Ongoing support for teams planning their next move. Tool evaluation, vendor guidance, policy development, and change management strategy.

Who We Are

Arkand AI was founded by Jake Woodworth. Everything we do is shaped by a principle from Jake's mentor, an ex-Apple leader and artificial intelligence startup founder: 'Our job is to make employees' lives better.' That belief guides every project.

Jake has been teaching people to use these tools since before most companies had a policy for it. At Elizabethtown College, he designed and co-taught an honors course using the Princeton Precept System alongside a university professor. His senior thesis on leadership development was presented at the National Collegiate Honors Council, where the audience was more interested in his methodology than the research itself.

Jake was the first employee at Carbon Technology Group, an artificial intelligence startup where he works across customer success and quality assurance on enterprise voice agent systems. Real products handling real customer interactions at scale.

He has trained everyone from university faculty to senior military and executive leadership on practical adoption. He has advised veteran executive coaches on integrating new tools into their practices. He cares more about finding the right solution than selling a particular tool. Sometimes artificial intelligence is the right fit, sometimes it is not. Either way, our job is to help you find the answer.

"Seldom has there been a student who has embraced an interdisciplinary liberal arts education in becoming an informed, responsible, self-directed learner. This past semester we designed and co-taught an honors history course, basing it on the Princeton University Precept System where the class is led by the professor assisted by an advanced undergraduate student. As always, Jake exceeded expectations. It has been wonderful collaborating with Jake on this and so many other projects. Jake studied how to utilize AI strategically and ethically. To this end he started his own business, Arkand AI, and has been steadily engaged in custom AI consulting for several clients."
